How do I return an item?
Lip-Ink International strives to provide only the highest quality products to our customers and retail partners. Should you find cause to return your product, you may do so within 15 Calendar days starting from ship date. We must receive the products before the 15th day. Product must be returned in its original form, unopened to Lip-Ink International to the address provided in our Corporate Info section.
If you wish to return your order, please obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number first by calling 310-414-9246 and request an RMA.
* Full product refunds if received within 15 calendar days. Not including Shipping/Handling and Taxes.
* No exchanges.
* We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender." If the package is returned, customer pays for re-shipping and hold repsonsibility for the package.
* To ensure prompt processing, please send returns the address provided along with your RMA number. The warehouse personnel are not allowed to accept packages without an RMA number.
*After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 3-5 business days to process your refund.
*ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL.
*Free Trial Kits are not returnable. Trial sizes are not returnable.
*Customer responsible for return shipping costs.

Lip-Ink International donates returned products to the Kids' Place Grief Support Center Charity Funds for children to create art projects.
