First time buyer ! August 4, 2021 Reviewer: Ann Buse from SWANSEA, SWANSEA United Kingdom   Absolutely delighted with the product and the shipping time ( arrived in just over a week ) to me in the UK . Only downside is that I ordered Lava Red ( which it indicates on my invoice ) but have received a Sky Red  colour instead which I do love but was much darker than the one I chose . Happy/not May 16, 2019 Reviewer: Jessica Vance from Lake Alfred, FL United States   you guys sent me the wrong package but let me keep it and send me the right one. I was so happy because I got it right before the event I had ordered it for so thank you for that! The only thing I don't give you five stars for is the product was not what I expected to be honest. Love! Love it! February 17, 2017 Reviewer: Kyleena Aslan from Chandler, AZ United States   I had a problem with my card but I called them up and got it fixed......that day! The woman that talked to me was so sweet (think her name was Naomi???) Awesome costumer service! And the lip ink actually works!!!! It stays on all day! I ate, drank and kissed and NOTHING CAME OFF! Colour stain for approximately half a day December 31, 2016 Reviewer: yvonne hartwig-boeck from Mettmann, NRW Germany   Shipping was really fast. My expectation was that the Lip Ink colour lasts until I use the removing lotion. But that's not the case.  But the colour holds for a solid period of 4-5 hours. Was this review helpful to you?
