LIP INK® Gift Certificates can be purchased in increments of $15, $25, $50 and $100 or a custom amount. They are mailed or emailed to the gift recipient by entering their address in the ship to address, or they can be sent directly to you . They are redeemed by the recipient by having the recipient call in their order or mail in their order along with the certificate or certificate number printed on the gift certificate. They are redeemed at the full value, no cash is paid out if the purchase is less than the certificate.
  • Gift certificates must be redeemed at lipink.com for the purchase of eligible products. Please call 800-469-9616 for more information.
  • Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or gift cards.
  • Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and or returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.
  • A gift certificate, once entered, will be automatically applied to user's gift certificate account balance.
  • Any unused balance will be placed in the user's gift certificate account. It cannot be transferred to other users.
  • A gift certificate's cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
  • LIP INK and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
  • The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the user or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Please contact our customer service specialist if you have questions.
  • LIP INK retains the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on our website
  • LIP INK can provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.
