Brow liner May 19, 2024 Reviewer: Elizabeth Tamm from Oakland, MI United States   I'm still trying to achieve the wide, swept look the news announcers have in their brows, My brows are sparse, so maybe that's why I don't have as much success with the tiny brush. All day/almost all night January 22, 2024 Reviewer: Hanna Hartnell from Santa Monica, CA United States   My eyebrows are blond...the few hairs I have!  I pencil in a light brown and then fill in 'hairs' to soften the smooth light brown brow and create a visual texture with the fine Lip Ink brush in their Blond color.  This sets the soft pencil and gives a 3-D look to the non-existent brow.  It also 'sets' the brow from smudges.  I've been using this product for many years.
