Smearproof Liquid Eye Liner August 14, 2025 Reviewer: LONA DAVIS from OVERLAND PARK, KS United States   I have used the eye liner for ovr 25 years.  It tends to clumb after several uses.  Also, I don't need OFF but keep getting it.  I am sending unopened unused items back to you. Not smearproof July 27, 2024 Reviewer: Rebecca from orangeville, ON Canada   Was really excited to try this product and was so confident in would be smear proof that I purchased 3 different colours. Unfortunately they smudge off in under an hour of wear.  This is both following the 20 second wait time as well as experimenting with longer and shorter ones. I also tried primer and setting spray as additional steps with no luck.  Simply not a smudge proof product Was this review helpful to you?
