My hair is getting darker each time I color. What can I do?

You do not need to color the ends of your hair each time you do a touch-up unless they have faded. We never recommend pulling any color that contains ammonia through the length of your hair.

This makes the hair very porous and damages it. Doing so will only cause the hair to fade even faster. We recommend coloring with a non-ammoniated product like Color by Robert Craig when the ends of your hair need to be refreshed.

This is the professional way of coloring hair and will give you the best result.
