Make Your Own Papaya Mask

* Pick the smallest you can find, or use what you don't need as an addition to your diet. Actually, it tastes quite pleasant. I was rather surprised.

* Peel (I used a vegetable peeler) and remove seeds. Chop into pieces and drop into food processor. Puree until papaya is the consistancy of baby food.

* Transfer to a clean plastic container and keep refrigerated.

* Use about 1/2 teaspoon per facial.

So, what is so good about this mask? Research shows that it is one of the best non-abrasive masks that you can use. It contains a strong enzyme called papain which dissolves oil and dead skin cells.
