JH Partners Invests in Australian Skin Care Company, Jurlique

Jurlique and JH Partners also announced that Eli Halliwell has been named President and CEO of Jurlique.

John Hansen, the recently appointed chairman of the board of Jurlique, and principal of JH Partners, said, "We are pleased to partner with Jurlique to help maximize the company's growth. Mr. Halliwell was recruited after an intensive international search for a CEO who would strengthen the brand's commitment to sustainable business practices, and environmental and social responsibility.

Mr. Halliwell joins Jurlique from Bumble and bumble, the prestigious hair care company owned by Estee Lauder Companies. At Bumble and bumble, Mr. Halliwell served as general manager and was known for his strategic thinking, passionate leadership style, and a track record of growth. Previously, he served as co-founder, executive vice president and chief strategy officer for iMotors, Inc. a $100 million internet retailer of cars.
