Solved my lipstick problems! April 16, 2022 Reviewer: Tricka Lou from Spokane, WA United States   I have always had the issue of my lipstick bleeding and could never wear cute glitter glosses over my lipstick or it would look like a 4 year old put my lipstick on me (by being colored outside the lines).
