Eyebrow Products
If you only need to fill in the eyebrows, a hard eyebrow pencil is
best. If you want to define and create a new brow, a softer pencil
works well or a cake eyebrow powder.
A cake that offers more than one
color is best as the colors can be blended to achieve the desired
color. A cake product is used with a fine, tapered, makeup brush.
