Lip-Ink® Liquid Eye Liner
It’s still the longest lasting guaranteed smear proof eyeliner on the
market today. Guaranteed smear proof or your money back. LIP-INK® EYE
LINER™ is formulated especially for the sensitive area around your eyes.
Use to lighten, enhance, or frame all of our eye liner colors. Use a
darker color above the eye, and a lighter color below. This will lift the
eyes, because a person looking at you will be drawn to the darker color.
Available in Black, Brown, Smoke, Hazel, White, Blue, and Violet. Now

Applying Lip-Ink® Liquid Eye Liner

Make sure the eye
area is clean and free of oils, creams and lotions.
|
 |
Shake the vial of
LIP-INK® EYE LINER™ against the palm of your hand until the beads
move freely. Carefully remove the applicator, and wipe the excess
into the vial.
|

Allow 10 seconds
for the applicator to breathe. This is important or tearing may
occur.
|
 |
Carefully apply
color around the outside of the lash line. Do not apply to the
inner lids. Avoid contact with the eye itself. If irritation
occurs, immediately flush with water.

|
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Upon first application of our classic LIP-INK®
color, to ensure proper color, you must first wipe the tip of the
applicator. Remember to open the vials carefully, as Lip-Ink®‘s formulas
are LIQUID. They can spill, or splatter and when in contact with clothing,
carpet, etc. may stain.
These products may cause tearing at first due to the natural corn grain
alcohol which acts as an all natural preservative. You must let the
applicator breathe before applying. All LIP-INK® products are safe, non
toxic, and are not tested on animals.
LIP-INK® EYE LINER™ is formulated for the sensitive area around the eye.
We do not recommend using the LIP-INK® MIRACLE BROW® LINERS or LIP-INK®
LIP LINER as eye liner.
NOTE: The LIP-INK® waxfree, guaranteed smearproof & long-lasting,
multi-patented color product line is not compatible with any other
cosmetic products. LIP-INK® Color Cosmetics are based on scientific
