Use a darker color above the eye, and a lighter color below. This will lift the eyes, because a person looking at you will be drawn to the darker color. Applying Lip-Ink® Liquid Eye Liner

	Make sure the eye area is clean and free of oils, creams and lotions.
	Shake the vial of LIP-INK® EYE LINER™ against the palm of your hand until the beads move freely. Carefully remove the applicator, and wipe the excess into the vial.
	Allow 10 seconds for the applicator to breathe. This is important or tearing may occur.
	Carefully apply color around the outside of the lash line. Do not apply to the inner lids. Avoid contact with the eye itself. If irritation occurs, immediately flush with water.

	Shake vial against palm until beads move freely.
	This is a liquid. Open with care! Wipe excess into bottle.
	Hold the applicator out to breath for 10 seconds. This is important or tearing may occur.
	Apply to outer lid ONLY.
	DO NOT apply to inner lid.

Removing Lip-Ink® Liquid Eye Liners To remove, saturate a make-up pad, a cotton ball or a warm, moist, dark colored washcloth with the LIP-INK® OFF solution. Press to the eye area for a few seconds then gently wipe (never scrub) to remove the finish. Splash with water and pat, dry.

PLEASE NOTE:
These products may cause tearing at first due to the natural corn grain alcohol which acts as an all natural preservative. You must let the applicator breathe before applying. All LIP-INK® products are safe, non toxic, and are not tested on animals.

LIP-INK® EYE LINER is formulated for the sensitive area around the eye. We do not recommend using the LIP-INK® MIRACLE BROW® LINERS or LIP-INK® LIP LINER as eye liner.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Upon first application of our classic Lip-Ink® Eye Liner to ensure proper color, you must first wipe the tip of the applicator. Remember to open the vials carefully, as Lip-Ink®‘s formulas are LIQUID. They can spill, or splatter and when in contact with clothing, carpet, etc. may stain.
