Inside/Outside Sales Manager
|
Base Pay full
time salaried position + Plus Aggressive Commission Plan and Bonuses, full
benefits including group health insurance. Potential for over $70,000
annual earnings if benchmarked sales are attained. Position available
immediately in El Segundo California. 2 years of experience required
selling to cosmetic related retail establishments & recruiting, training,
motivating, managing a team of outside sales reps for the purpose of
selling the Worlds only award winning wax-free “Guaranteed Smearproof”
patented Lip Ink® semi permanent sustainable lifestyle conscious color
cosmetics that are Natural, Kosher, Botanical &Vegan to retail
establishments” Manufacturer direct”.
Responsibilities Include:

Recruiting retailers to
purchase unique patented sustainable color cosmetic products direct from
the cosmetic manufacturer to resell direct to consumers @ tradeshows,
retail establishments & other means |
|
|
Must establish your own
leads. |
|
|
Must meet bench marked sales
recruiting quotas. |
|
|
Responsible for executing
telaseminars/ webinars, training & coaching. |
|
|
Must have writing skills for
scripts, articles. |
|
|
Microsoft Outlook, Word,
Excel, Good Phone Etiquette, Ability to perform multiple tasks. |
|
|
Required to attend
networking social events weekly. |
