Brilliant Tinted Shine™ Lip Plumpers have a full spectrum of UVA/UVB
protection and contain anti-oxidants, vitamins and moisturizers that
hydrate, soothe and condition your lips. Natural light reflectors ease the
signs of sun damage.
Apply Lip-Ink® Brilliant Tinted Shine™ Lip Plumpers as a base conditioner
under Lip-Ink® Lip Colors™ and as a gloss moisturizer over Lip-Ink® Lip
Color. A light layer of Brilliant Tinted Shine™ on top creates a moist
silky feeling with added shimmer. A more generous application transforms a
matte finish into a high gloss shine. Wearing Lip-Ink® Brilliant Tinted
Shine™ Lip Plumpers is like wearing candlelight brilliance on your lips!
Lip-Ink® Brilliant Tinted Shine with 3D LipMax Lip Plumper Volumizer has a
hint of clove / licorice flavor. Apply just by itself or in layers under
or on top of other Lip-Ink® products. Brilliant Tinted Shine™ can be
synergistically used with any of the Lip-Ink® Moisturizers. |
Applying Lip-Ink® Brilliant Tinted Shine Plumper™
Start by cleaning your lips with the Lip-Ink® Off solution. Pat dry with
water. Now apply Lip-Ink® Brilliant Tinted Shine™ Lip Plumper just by
itself, or in layers. Volumize and hydrate with sun protection for your
lips. Once you have applied a foundation of Lip-Ink® Brilliant Tinted
Shine™ Lip Plumper you can stop and enjoy the maximum hydration or you can
proceed with the Lip-Ink® lip colorization process with our Lip-Ink® wax
free guaranteed smearproof and long lasting patented liquid lip colors.
Finish with a final layer of Lip-Ink® Brilliant Tinted Shine™ Lip Plumper
or you can apply your Lip-Ink® Brilliant Tinted Shine™ Lip Plumper on top
of other Lip-Ink® Color products. Then use as needed throughout the day.
Lip-Ink® Brilliant Tinted Shine™ Lip Plumper can be layered with other
Lip-Ink® Lip Moisturizers to personalize your look and feel, however they
are not compatible with other cosmetic lip products from other companies.

Removing Brilliant Tinted Shine Plumper™
To remove, simply apply
LIP-INK® Off
solution and splash with water.
To make any corrections, simply dip a cotton tip applicator in the Off solution and make your correction. Splash lips with water and pat dry.
